We are well on our way in this New Year, and by now we are tempted to
throw away our resolutions and get back to our “normal” lives. We
usually make resolutions to improve our quality of life. So why are we
so quick to let them go as soon as it gets a little hard or it
interrupts what we thought of as normal? By February, those great
