Bio-Individual Optimal Lifestyle Design (BOLD) Nutrition is a custom, personal plan for individuals to maximize their own health through healthy eating, sleeping and hydration.  Unlike traditional diets or even nutrition plans, BOLD uses nutritional therapy & health coaching to transform individual habits and patterns to lose weight, increase energy, improve cognitive & organ function, balance blood sugar and help the body’s performance. We will sit down one-on-one and assess the nutritional foundations that are affecting your body, mood and lifestyle. We will look for food allergies/intolerances, create nutrient dense meal plans, and when necessary discuss supplementation and caloric intake. We will sit down and discuss your current habits and your future goals  to best provide you with a plan to support you in reaching your optimal lifestyle.
