There is no substitute for personal attention. During private sessions your trainer will create your own personal fitness program to help you achieve your goals.

Personal fitness coaching is by far the best way to reach your goals fast! We start your program out by performing a complete fitness evaluation, including a health history screening, body composition analysis, flexibility test, strength test, and nutritional analysis,  functional movement assessment and well as preliminary body measurements and goal setting. We use this information to create a program specific to you and your fitness goals. This evaluation is scheduled for an hour and is included with any package you purchase. We will then set you up with a personal trainer that will work with your one on one to help you achieve your goals.  All of our trainers are certified or hold degrees in an Exercise Science or Fitness related area. We are a group of dedicated trainers who want our clients to perform better and feel better. We will guide you to become stronger, leaner, faster, and more coordinated. We pride ourselves on continuing education and always to stay current on the best training methods to help our clients see results they desire.

Personalized, individual coaching is especially helpful for clients looking for specified instruction regarding sports and health ambitions. Private sessions are a great way to achieve results in a short period of time and practice specific skills and techniques.

The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if Beach Fitness will be your best path to success.
