We have a very unique program at Beach Fitness – especially for people who are new to fitness. We start everyone off with a complimentary 30-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if Beach Fitness will be your best path to success.

During your FREE goals assessment we will:

  • Get to know you, your motivators, your drivers and current fitness challenges.
  • Match up your fitness goals with a Beach Fitness coach who specializes in that area
  • Provide an overview of our unique training style
  • Give you a tour of the Beach Fitness functional fitness training facility
