Join us for SOUL LAB’s inaugural Full Moon Meditation!
Full moons are a time to release that which no longer serves you, what you no longer need in your life or an aspect of yourself that you have outgrown. The May moon is most commonly known as the “flower moon,” given the prolific blooms at this time of year and end of frosty weather in most areas.
We will be doing light yoga poses to move our energy. Then taking a few moments, you’ll write down what you wish to release from your life, what limiting beliefs you want to be free from, what no longer serves you or what you want to let go of. (On the way out, we’ll burn these papers and let the smoke take these intentions to the Universe.) Lastly, lay back and relax as the Moon Gong harmonizes an exquisite sound massage for the mind, body and soul.
*Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for ultimate relaxation.
