Limitless Strength Programming
Limitless is a concept designed to improve strength and movement through custom programming led by Marc Sy-Santos, CSCS.
This is a strength program developed to fit your specific strength goals. It is a 12-week program with a minimum of 3 hour classes per week. That may be higher depending on your goals and availability. It takes into account what your objectives are and what your coach sees as necessary. You will have your separate strength protocol to follow during the strength portion of CrossFit class, and in some cases, a modified option for the CrossFit class WOD.
Limitless is a custom program written based off of your strength goals, skill goals, and fitness goals. It is designed to be completed during Beach Fitness’ group fitness classes – CrossFit, Strength, or Strength & Conditioning. Limitless started in March 2015 as a strength-goal specific program and has since evolved to a larger spectrum of possible fitness-related goals, such as endurance, agility, or even improvement on single movements. Limitless takes a lot of what you get in personal training, and inserts it into the group fitness environment. The full program is 12 weeks, however, the program is written two weeks at a time. There is always open communication, but it requires constant journaling. The journal is necessary to help me understand you and how you are doing with the program. For example, it is important to know if a movement is far too difficult or too easy, or if you were training with only 4 hours of sleep, or if you felt really good. Limitless is more than just a list of exercises, reps, sets, and loads. It is specific to the frequency you can come to class, specific to the amount of time in class, specific to your abilities, specific to your goals, specific to you. The first thing I ask a new Limitless athlete is, “What are your top 3 goals you would like to achieve through Limitless?” Understand that this could be anything. I have programmed for goals like “I want to do a pull up,” “I want to back squat 300 lb. consistently,” “I want to be better at the snatch and clean & jerk,” “I want to be more explosive and powerful,” and even “I want a lifted, compact booty.” I enjoy the challenge of helping people reach their goals, and once you walk into Beach Fitness, your goals are ours too!

I have been a macho crossfitter for over 4 years… At some point the “honeymoon” wears off and I was looking for something more to focus on. I wasn’t getting as much time to work on my Olympic lifts and I didn’t have an actual structured plan to build strength and increase my PR’s on my Olympic lifts. The limitless program is just what the Dr. ordered… I now have an organized plan specifically tailored to my current strengths, weaknesses, and goals. I can see my form getting better and I see my PR’s increase every week. I have a new excitement for CrossFit as a whole since this program. You get personalized programming that meets your exact needs and will help you reach any goals that you set. My favorite thing about Limitless is the commitment that you need to make to the program. Coach Marc structures the workouts so that each week builds on the last and you’re continually working to improve your specific skills and make progress toward your goals. Before Limitless, I’d frequently skip Crossfit for days or weeks at a time if work was stressful or I ate too much over a weekend or I got a paper cut. Now that I have three Limitless sessions per week, I won’t let any excuse get in my way. I plan ahead and I keep my commitment to the program and to myself.
This re-dedication to fitness has given me new confidence and a feeling of overall strength that I didn’t have before. My performance in Crossfit WODs has improved, my 1RM numbers have increased, and I am kind of starting to see my triceps (which is a pretty big deal).
The support from the coaches during my time in Limitless has been incredible. Coach Alex is truly gifted — he got me to string together my double-unders in just 10 minutes and he helped me get my toes to bar. Coach Anthony always stands by and calms my nerves during heavier sets and 1RM tests, his constant corrections on my form make me work more efficiently, and he is possibly the kindest person on the planet. Coach Marc’s thoughtful and focused 12-week prescription of movements, customized to my specific goals, puts the pep in my step on the way to the gym and makes me feel like I’m accomplishing something important.
