We have a class to teach you the fundamentals to functional fitness + metabolic conditioning + weight training.
MetCon style workouts can be done as a weighted circuit, single modality activity (running, rowing, swimming, biking, etc.), gymnastics movements or a combination of all of these. We will teach you the movements that make up the foundation of our small group fitness training classes.

Why these 9 movements?
If you want to get better at things that involve the human body, you need to master these 9 movements. You want to jump high or far or fast…you need to squat, deadlift, and clean. You want to be able to get up and out of your chair or off the floor, pick-up a heavy bag of groceries, and put it on the counter in the kitchen when you’re much much older…performing these movements will give you longevity in all these tasks. As far as the overhead movements (Overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk) go, when performed properly, they create some of the strongest contractions of the core and require enormous amounts of midline stabilization. This translates to all sports, various activities, and even a healthy pain-free back.
