At Beach Fitness, we want to know your goals. We have a very unique program at Beach Fitness – especially for people who are new to fitness. We start everyone off with a complimentary 30-minute fitness goals assessment where we:

  • Get to know you, your motivators, your drivers and current fitness challenges.
  • Match up your fitness goals with a Beach Fitness coach who specializes in that area
  • Provide an overview of our unique training style
  • Give you a tour of the Beach Fitness functional fitness training facility
