I've recently gotten into making smoothies and juices for myself and I love it! They are fun to play around with different combinations of fruits and veggies and they are super yummy and good for you!
Smoothies are a perfect breakfast for a busy morning. Not only that, they give you plenty of protein and fiber to give you energy all morning. Plus, they are delicious and refreshing on a warm summer morning!!
So, here a few of my favorite smoothies that I would love for you to try. AND they are kid-friendly! So have your kids try them too :)
1. Oatmeal Smoothie
2. Green Smoothie
3. Chocolate Protein Smoothie
All you have to do is throw the ingredients in a blender and blend it up!! Easy Peasy!
