Melting Potatoes
-Preheat oven to 500 degrees
-Combine potatoes, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, butter, and oil into a large bowl
-Put potatoes on a cooking sheet
-Roast and flip once when browned once in oven
-Roast for 30 minutes
-Take pan out and add garlic
-Roast in oven for about 15 more minutes
Viola! Your potatoes are ready to serve
Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie
-To start off your shepherd's pie you will need to place your potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with 2 inches of water
-Boil water on high
-Put the stove to medium and cook until potatoes soften
-Put potatoes in a pot and add salt, pepper, buttermilk, and butter.
-Mash the potatoes
-Prepare your broiler and preheat
-Heat up your veggie oil in a large skillet and add carrots, onion, and water
-Cook and cover until softened
-Stir occasionally
-Input corn, thyme, salt, and pepper
-Cook stir occasionally
-Stir in flour
-Stir in veggie broth
-Stir in lentils
-Divide lentil mixture and top off with mashed potatoes
-Add into ramekins and broil for 6-10 minutes
