When the temperatures rise and our activity levels spike, water is the first thing our bodies burn through. Dehydration is a sneaky energy thief that masquerades as fatigue and hunger.

It’s tough to go to bed when the sun is still peaking over the horizon at 8:00 PM, but your circadian rhythm still needs respect. Less sleep is the fastest route to high cortisol and low energy.

Summer activities take a toll on your body, and you need quality fuel to replenish it. While summer treats are everywhere, relying on sugar and processed foods will leave you crashing by mid-afternoon.
