During an assessment, the client will meet with a trainer to discuss health history, lifestyle, and goals. Thereafter, the client will be evaluated based on current state of posture and movement. At the conclusion of the assessment, the trainer should have adequate information to design a specific program to meet the client's individual goals and needs.
Personal attention is key to learning specific skills or techniques. Your personal trainer will create a program to help you achieve your goals, step by step. Not only that, your fitness will become personal. Create a bond with your trainer and be held accountable for your fitness.
