Use another to hold the whisked eggs and water. Dip your cauliflower into the eggs and then the breadcrumbs.Transfer to baking sheet and season with pepper and salt. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Sauce
Whisk cornstarch and water until the cornstarch dissolves. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, and sriracha in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce temperature and add cornstarch mixture. Bring to a simmer again and cook until sauce thickens.
Finished product
Add cauliflower into sauce and display.
